Reetu Bhandari is a Chartered Accountant with more than 10 years of experience in accounting, taxation and corporate compliance.
Her work has covered income tax, GST, company law filings, FEMA and RBI compliance, payroll and accounting for businesses across industries, from independent professionals and service exporters to technology companies and Indian subsidiaries of foreign groups.
That work involves the same records an SME IPO examines: three years of books, tax returns, statutory filings and shareholding history. CAreetu applies that experience to a single question: what a company needs to put right before a merchant banker, an examining auditor and a stock exchange review it.

- We prepare and advise. We do not act as statutory or examining auditor for periods where we have helped prepare the financial information, and we do not act as merchant banker or underwriter.

- We work with your statutory auditor, company secretary and legal counsel rather than replacing them, and with the merchant banker once appointed.
- Plain language
- Regulations are explained in terms of what they mean for your company and your timeline, with references to the source text when you need them.
Backed by an established compliance practice
CAreetu draws on the compliance infrastructure of TaxVic Business Solutions, which handles ongoing tax, accounting and regulatory compliance for businesses, service exporters and foreign-owned companies across India.
That means the routine work that continues through an IPO programme, such as monthly accounting, GST and TDS returns and ROC filings, can be handled by a team already familiar with the requirements, while CAreetu concentrates on listing readiness.
