The eligibility checker compares figures you enter with published criteria. Its result is indicative only. Eligibility is determined by the merchant banker, SEBI and the stock exchange on the basis of audited and restated financial information and full due diligence. Criteria change through amendments and circulars, and the checker may not reflect changes made after its last review date.
